I’ve had lunch here on several occasions. They offer a daily themed lunch buffet. I’ve tried the Wednesday (American), Thursday (Hawker), and Friday (seafood) themes. Here’s my opinion: - The Wednesday theme was great—I loved the taco corner (they also have guacamole!). - The Thursday theme was not as good, perhaps because it featured mostly local Thai dishes like Pad Thai, Pad See Ew, pork noodles, pork leg over rice, Som Tum, and so on (a lot of noodle dishes). I wasn’t very impressed. - The Friday theme was the BEST! They have grilled river prawns and steamed crab—I highly recommend it. The staff mentioned that the restaurant will be under renovation for six months, so it will be temporarily closed. I can’t wait to see the upgrade Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5

Oysters and glass noodles, my favorite dishs at the flare. Bumbim hosted me during my last two visits here. The courtesy, professionalism and kindness shown me was especially appreciated. Bumbim was knowledgeable of the menu and appropriately attentive (lovely smile too).
