ハンバーガーはジューシーでボリュームもあり美味しかったですがポテトは味が好みではありませんでした。エッグタルトのシェイクは生クリームを飲んでるようで甘党の私には美味しかったです。男性のウェイターの態度はあまり良くありませんがキッチンの方は優しかったです。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in Price per person: $200–250

Helpful staff nice view and reasonable price. the burger was very delicious, patty is juicy. Everything is good without making the bun soggy. I probably will visit again. Meal type: Brunch Price per person: HK$100–150

3.6 / 5 *10% surge charge Went to Flat Iron Burger Harbour City. First problem — cashier took my order wrong. I asked for a drink, she somehow added herself a 10% service charge instead. That already tells you the level of attention here. The place has a great harbour view and is fairly clean (around 3.8/5), so I’ll give them that. The burger should be good. You can tell the beef is decent quality. But the chef completely ruined it with a crazy amount of salt. Way overdone. No balance. Fries were good — crispy, no issue there. But then you get to the pickles — cheap, overly sour, low-quality, and it drags the whole burger down. Makes no sense to use decent beef and then cut corners on something that affects the entire bite. Service also sucks. Items came late — I already started eating before everything arrived. And the biggest signal — I went at 1pm and the place was almost empty. In Hong Kong, that usually tells you everything. This place is actually very close to being good, which makes it more frustrating. Fix the salt. Stop using cheap pickles. Get the service right. Right now, it doesn’t match its potential at all.
