Dear Valued Guest,We had a wonderful dinner at Florae Restaurant at Valia Hotel. We ordered the beef kibbeh and chicken shish taouk with garlic, and both dishes were excellent — fresh, flavorful, and very well prepared.Chef Omar El Khatib also introduced us to a sparkling wine that is not yet on the wine list but should be added by August. It was very good, balanced, and paired nicely with the food.We ate here every night during our stay at the hotel, and every visit was consistently enjoyable. Tonight felt extra special because there was a live violinist playing and walking up to the tables, which created a beautiful atmosphere.The waiter was very friendly, attentive, and went the extra mile throughout the evening.
