Super spacious, beautiful and clean rooms. Comfortable beds. Great view; can see the beautiful sunset. The resort has 6 levels; meals are served on level 1 and front desk is at level 5.Bring only small light luggage if you wish to stay here as there’s no lift and you need to lug your luggage to the level where your room is. Buggy available upon request to bring the elderly to the restaurant for meals from level 5. Restaurant personnel are friendly, buggy uncle is super nice but not the front desk gentlemen. The front desk personnels showed impatience when offering help. Perhaps it’s because there’s only one attending the front desk who also needs to answer calls and attend to all guests’ needs. Dinner at restaurant needs to be pre-ordered in the morning. Service: 3

(Stay in Italian country double room with extra bed) As soon as we arrived at the villa, there was a very enthusiastic (frontman) brother who helped us put our luggage and take a golf cart back to the lobby. The employees were very kind and smiling, which was really nice! The room is very new, beautiful and clean (take photos like crazy)!! There is also a beautiful scenery outside the window. In addition, there are snacks + capsule coffee + drinks and Nina’s chocolate that come with the room, which is also great! Breakfast and dinner are also varied and rich! When checking out, we also received our own brand hand cream as a gift! Staying in Florence Resort Villa is really a great value~ On the return trip, I also used the complimentary ticket to visit Nina’s Chocolate Dream Castle, which is also a great place to take photos and buy~ Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Romantic, Quiet, Great value
