The café has a large window facing the street. From the outside, it looks cozy and like a nice pet-friendly spot. Once I stepped inside, I noticed a man sleeping at one of the tables. At first, I thought he was a customer waiting for his order, but after I finished my meal, he was still there, asleep, without any food or drinks. The food was average and overpriced. I paid NT$500 for a plate of croissants with noodles and a lavender milk tea. The portions of cheese and egg were disappointing—there was barely any of either. The salad dressing was the only good part of the meal. The lavender milk tea tasted just like a regular milk tea with black tea. The space was also untidy. It looked as though they had stacked random items and supplies around the café. I will never come back and would not recommend this restaurant. There is a restaurant nearby where you can get much better food. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

A relaxing atmosphere for coffee and light snack Service staffs are friendly and helpful. Its coffees and cakes are excellent. Will be their return guest. I recommend FLOVIE to all. Worth your visit. Cheers!
