カクテルもいっぱい500Bぐらいでそんなに高くないです。何より雰囲気がかなり良い。 場所は分かりにくいですが、コーヒーショップに入ってから階段で4Fまであがります。 タイではジャパニーズシティポップが流行ってるらしい。 ローカルと外人が多い。日本人は少なめです。. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Price per person: ฿500–600

We visited Funkytown (F*nkytown) on Thursday, 9th October, and had a great time chatting with two of the mixologists and enjoying their creative cocktails. They mentioned upcoming collaborations with mixologists from Tokyo and Jakarta over the weekend and encouraged us to return to try their special creations. As we were in Bangkok for seven nights exploring different cocktail bars, we decided to revisit Funkytown on Saturday, 11th October, to experience Yujiro Kiyosaki from Bar Libre—choosing it over another well-known bar we had planned to visit. We booked two seats at the bar, but upon arrival, we were told there were no seats available and were placed in a corner instead, even though at least three bar seats remained empty throughout our visit. It took over 20 minutes before anyone approached us for an order, and we eventually had to call a staff member ourselves, despite several team members standing around without attending to guests. We ordered the Amber Shange and Forest Shrine from the special collaboration menu. Unfortunately, the Amber Shange was underwhelming, and the overall service was disappointing. Yujiro Kiyosaki seemed focused on entertaining a small group at the bar, sharing shots and chatting, while the rest of the team appeared disengaged despite the bar not being particularly busy. This was a stark contrast to our positive experience on Thursday when the staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about their craft. We left after one drink, feeling let down. On our way out, the same hostess who had warmly welcomed us both nights said, “Hope to see you again soon,” and when we mentioned our experience, she seemed unconcerned. Sadly, it turned out to be a poor decision to cancel our other bar reservation and return to Funkytown. What started as a promising first impression ended in disappointment. Hopefully, this was just an off night, as it would be a shame for such a creative venue to lose its spark. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ฿1,600–1,800
