情報の誤りを報告する
Last Sat I was at the food court around 2:30pm to 3pm.
To my attention there was a male customer was making a big fuss over an elderly female cleaner whom had tried to clear away his dishes.
Well of course the customer was very unhappy. He started to mumble at her followed by hurled abusive vulgarity on her.
Thankful that this cleaner didn’t speak a word but continue to carry out her duty, for this I salute her patience despite harsh language was thrown on her.
As an onlooker, much as I wanted to confront the old man but I decided not to.
My question is at that moment of time, none of her colleagues come forward to resolve the issue.
I personally feel that the food court should have a ready supervisor who can stand up for the staff.
Maybe we can propose a sign board to protect our staffs from abusive language.
Kindly look into this matter.
