Bought the 1 meat and 1 vege white rice meal. Gave me chicken bones, little-to-no meat, horrible. Also bought the thai green milk tea, should have just sold it as ice water. Stingy. Never coming back here! Price per person: SGD 1–10 Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I write this review to recount an incident at Food Fest at SIM GE Block B, L1, that occurred on 30 Apr 2025 at around 945am. I was in the queue and come my turn to order, I wanted a breakfast set which I communicated it in English to a bespectacled, brown uniform-wearing lady staff with hair band (in photo). As I wasn’t sure, I then enquired on what drink was available for the set but she couldn’t respond to me and instead asked me to step aside as I was deemed to be “taking too long to choose my drink” by her. She not only couldn’t respond to my query which was in plain English but she was rude to me in how she handled my query. She showed no understanding on my query either due to a lack of understanding plain English, poor listening skills or both. With that, she is unfit to be in a customer-facing role as it’ll leave leave customers with a sour note from what is supposed to be a straightforward experience of getting food and drinks. I don’t appreciate such an experience and I hope that the management can take my feedback as constructive for future improvements. Service: 1
