It took them 20 minutes for a 3 piece chicken and 2 piece wings order and the place wasn't even busy

Why this restaurant specifically always have long food preparation duration? Always need to wait at least 20mins for food preparation whatever you order. Yum! Restaurants need to change the store management immediately to not lose more customers due to this poor service Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
