Paid $6.30 for 1 small piece of bread with not enough kaya or butter. 2 small eggs, and a watered down ice milo. Avoid this drink stall unless u want to waste money and get scammed ! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The drink stall is horrible I shouted at least 3 times I wanted 100 plus and she still tried to give me a lemongrass drink that's more expensive until I scolded her Then she blames it on me saying I should take it myself How was I supposed to know in advance if she didn't say anything? Horrible Are you trying to say it's difficult to understand I want 100 plus? Meal type: Other Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This review is specifically for the drink stall at this coffee shop. The service here has consistently been disappointing — the servers are exceptionally rude, especially when compared to the friendly aunties just around the corner at Broadway Coffee Shop. On two separate occasions, they insisted they don’t serve drinks in plastic bags, even when I requested nicely. Both times, they had already prepared the drinks and made me pay extra for the cups instead. Ironically, the customer right after me was served their drink in a plastic bag. Many times, they also speak while facing away from the counter, making it hard to hear how much to pay. When I asked them to repeat, they responded with clear annoyance and then mumbled to each other — very unprofessional and unpleasant first thing in the morning. This stall operates under Food Hub, but I couldn’t find any contact details to share this feedback directly with management. I’m genuinely keen for them to review their staff’s attitude, as it reflects poorly on the brand. For now, I’ve chosen to pay a bit more at Broadway instead — at least the warm service there helps start my day right along with my coffee or tea. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
