呢間糖水鋪，簡直係味覺大滿足！ 一坐低先來一碗**椰皇蓮子燉桃膠**。一上檯已經聞到超濃郁嘅椰香！原個椰皇去燉，入面滿滿都係滑嘟嘟、骨膠原爆棚嘅桃膠，啖啖都係精華。配埋鬆軟粉糯嘅蓮子同香甜嘅椰汁，甜而不膩，真係一啖一幸福，滋潤到心坎裏！ 另外一碗經典嘅**蓮子紅豆沙**亦都毫不遜色。紅豆沙熬煮到起沙，入口綿密順滑，最驚喜係入面嘅蓮子完好無損，但一咬就化開，口感層次超豐富！啖啖都有淡淡嘅陳皮香（或者傳統糖水香），簡直係完美嘅靈魂宵夜。 如果你都係糖水控，一定要嚟試下！保證你一試難忘！ Checked out this local dessert spot tonight and it completely blew me away. Combined with the fluffy, tender lotus seeds and creamy coconut milk, it’s beautifully balanced and not overly sweet. Pure bliss in every spoonful! We also ordered the classic **Red Bean Soup with Lotus Seeds** . The red bean texture is incredibly smooth and sandy, just the way a traditional Cantonese dessert should be.
