Terrible customer service. The staff were rude, wouldn’t even look us in the eye, and ignored basic questions. We were told we must order before being allowed to play, which seems like an absurd policy. We were happy to order food and drinks shortly after starting, but apparently waiting even 10 minutes wasn’t acceptable. When we politely asked for an explanation, the staff either ignored us, aggressively pointed at the menu or refused to answer. Despite our group being ready to spend money on games, food, and drinks, we were treated as if we were an inconvenience. We decided to leave and won’t be coming back. A disappointing experience that completely ruined our evening. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you want to play games or eat outside everybody must go Forest3 Cafe cos This place atmosphere is very good I went and enjoyed with my friends my spare time yesterday
