This Formosa Chang Braised Pork Rice Restaurant has been our longtime go-to neighbor for satisfying meals. Whether it’s the braised pork rice, braised bamboo shoots, hydroponic greens, cabbage, or any of their other side dishes, we love them all. Their braised pork rice isn’t overly salty, just perfectly seasoned to bring out a delicious flavor, with each grain of rice plump, glossy, and smooth. What’s more, the aroma is just right. Every time we return to Taiwan, visiting this eatery is a must for our whole family. Highly recommended! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NT$1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3
