The restaurant was one of the eateries in the building. It was not full during lunch time. Waitress was diligent and changed the small plates actively. The quality of dim sum and other dishes were satisfactory. The price was moderate. The place was bright but some tables were quite close. During rush hours, waiting for a lift to enter was a problem. Patrons had to use the lifts to go upwards first and then downwards in order to leave the building. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150
