I came here on a Sunday on 29 March 26 at around 1.15pm the female cashier on duty was very rude, I was pushing a stroller with a 1 year old also a 6 year old, I asked my 6 year old to make payment with my card, we were greeted with a very frustrated look cashier in her old age maybe around 60s, it was my son's first time making payment on his own so he wasn't sure where to tap the card, I told him to only tap when the cashier ready. As the machine was laggy and after the previous customer left, the cashier was waiting for the receipt. My son did not know so he touched the receipt when the receipt was out, then the cashier made a big fuss and shouted at my son. Honestly speaking I do not know why she can't talk nicely? If she is not happy with her job then she probably not suitable to be in service line. We only wanted to buy bread for the kids, not here to pay for her attitude. Will never visit this branch again. Ridiculous. The management should constantly review and send the workers for training, at least don't show attitude to innocent customers. People do not owe you anything and there are lots of bread shops around in suntec city. Service: 1

Review of Four Leaves @ Suntec City Having visited many of Four Leaves’ well-loved bakery concepts — including Country Brot, St Leaven, Épi d’Or, and Yamazaki — I’ve grown quite familiar with what the brand consistently delivers. Many of their signature bakes are shared across these concepts, including outlets under the main Four Leaves name, which makes it easy to enjoy their products wherever you are in Singapore. It’s always nice to see how widely accessible the brand has become over the years. This Four Leaves outlet at Suntec City stands out for its convenience and steady flow of fresh bakes throughout the day. Located in a busy mall, it’s an easy stop whether you’re passing by or simply craving something comforting and familiar. What caught my attention during this visit was their Chinese New Year specials — a thoughtful lineup that blends festive symbolism with creative baking: • Pineapple Danish – A brilliant idea in concept, especially with pineapple symbolising prosperity. However, I didn’t get to try it as the pineapple topping made the Danish look slightly soaked and less appealing visually. • Lucky Ingot Bun – A fun and meaningful creation shaped like a traditional gold ingot, symbolising wealth and auspiciousness. This is definitely one I hope they bring back again. The minced bak kwa filling was generous and flavourful, making it both festive and satisfying. • Funwari Yuzu Bun – Light, fluffy, and pleasantly aromatic. The yuzu bits added a refreshing citrus note, and its association with abundance (as yuzu is often linked to prosperity during the festive season) made it a nice seasonal touch. Some of my personal must-buy favourites still remain: 1. Sea Salt Sio Pan 2. Sio Pan Honey Ham 3. Mini Mochi Chocolate 4. Coconut Raisin 5. Bak Kwa & Floss Bun Each visit continues to remind me why I keep coming back — reliable quality, comforting flavours, and a consistency that’s hard to beat. Whether it’s a quick snack or a takeaway treat, this outlet delivers exactly what I’m looking for. Thank you to the team at Four Leaves for keeping things fresh, festive, and consistently satisfying! Visited on 17 Dec , Wednesday around 6pm to 7pm The lady at the cashier literally placed all my items into 1 single plastic bag despite being different flavors The lady looked like she hated her job very much. Sad person. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
