I was lucky to chance upon a batch of freshly baked shio pan, still warm from the oven. Marketed as a new and improved recipe, it truly didn’t disappoint! At just $2, it hits the perfect balance — a buttery base, crisp top, and fluffy interior. Having tried shio pan from various shops, I must say the one from Four Leaves has unexpectedly taken the #1 spot for me. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
