ムーカタ利用オペレーション悪すぎ...味は普通おそらくもう行かない、、かな？19:30来店予約して行かなかったこともあり満席たぶん8時くらいに空くと思うから席空いたら連絡すると言われるも20:30になっても電話こず、、、ムーカタの席は外のみなので店に戻って確認すると片付いてない空席が多数！えっ、、！？受付の人に言うと片付けてるから待っててと言われるもいつまで経っても呼ばれないー！！！この時に諦めて帰ればよかったのに気持ちはムーカタだったので引くに引けずww結局席につけたのは9時過ぎこれで食べれる♡と思いきやメニュー見てソフトドリンク約10ドル高っ！！仕方なくオーダーするもドリンク来ず、、さすがに待てず催促wwそして来ないwwコンロも皿も箸もテーブルにないのに店員は話してるwwそしてまさかの1番に肉登場！！！しかも目の前でラップ剥がしてるやーん！それ冷蔵庫から取り出しただけのやつやーん！そしてまさかの！！！催促したビールと他のお姉さんに催促して再度注文したビール2個同時に届くっていうwwもうギャグみたいで笑うしかないそのあともコンロ火つかないムーカタのスープこない皿ない、箸ないもう最後は自分で取りに行くよねwwお肉は2人前セットを頼んだんだけどしょぼかった、、写真と違うなぁ、、しかも2人前なのに3切とかケンカしろって言ってるようなもんだそして最後には入り口にUOB20%OFFの看板あったのにカード使ったのに割引されてなかったことに翌日の朝気付くという、、確認しなかった私達も悪いけどさ一応小さいながらもホテルに入ってるから期待してただけあって、、うーん忘れられない思い出になりました！

This place is the epitome of disappointment. When I called in to make a reservation; I specifically asked if it was 1) A dinner buffet, 2) an INTERNATIONAL buffet spread (I asked 3 times). To which the man on the call at Four Points Eatery said to me: 1) Yes it’s buffet dinner, 2) Yes it’s international (he answered me 3 times that it is international. 3) he volunteered more information to me - that they ALSO have crabs, prawns and LOBSTER LAKSA. Now I was excited because I had planned to take my partner and parents for CNY/Valentine’s dinner. So of course I told them what the guy had said - that there was seafood spread, it’s international buffet and there was LOBSTER LAKSA. Guess what was there when we reached Four Points Eatery??? The spread was a measles less than 15 dishes and the food was all asian zi char style stuff like cold fried rice, sesame chicken with really shitty parts of the chicken, their cakes had small flies stuck or flying around it, their refills were so slow. and GUESS WHAT - NO seafood spread, NO international spread, NO LOBSTER LAKSA. I questioned the people working on site they said oh yea this is all we have. My biggest disappointment aside from their really BAD food, was that your own employee made false promises to me on the phone and set our expectations so high only to drop it into the sewer when we arrived!! I asked who was the person on shift at 2pm but they don’t know but based on voice he sounded like the person who was on site that night and dealing with my disappointment complains. Own up if it’s you! Four Points - DEPRESSINGLY DISAPPOINTING!!! If Google gave me the option to give you ZERO / NEGATIVE stars, I would. EXTREMELY PATHETIC. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $40–50
