I honestly don’t understand what kind of service this is. We came to Freedom Bar because of all the great reviews, expecting to have a good time. Instead, we left feeling insulted and unwelcome. A staff member came to us, and I politely asked if we could wait for just 5 minutes because our friends were walking over. Instead of being polite or understanding, he immediately told us that we had to leave. His attitude was rude and disrespectful. What hurt the most was that I genuinely felt we were treated this way because of our nationality. We are tourists, just like everyone else, and we deserve to be treated with the same respect as any other customer. I even went to the manager hoping she would at least listen to what had happened. But she didn’t even let me explain properly. She didn’t seem to care at all and simply told me to sit down and order. There was no apology, no concern, and no attempt to understand why I was upset. It honestly felt like our feelings and our experience didn’t matter. This completely ruined our mood. We specifically chose Freedom Bar because of its amazing reviews, but our experience was the exact opposite. Good reviews mean nothing if customers are treated like this. I hope the owners seriously look into how their staff behave because no tourist should leave feeling disrespected and unwelcome. Respect costs nothing, and every customer, regardless of their nationality, deserves to be treated with basic courtesy. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
