Living in HK I've been spoilt with choices for bakeries and indulged in many fancy baked goodies BUT hands down, my favourite bakery for the past 4 years since the serendipitous moment is Fresh Wheat Bakery. I look forward to the mornings I get to treat myself with their peanut bread roll (HKD$8.5). Unlike most local bakeries, their bread is soft with chewy and dreamy pillowy texture. The breads are quite dense and the price point is undeniably low that it's so #worth They don't skimp on the quantity or quality of the filling either. My heart and stomach belongs here EAT IT.
