Fresher ? First meal, directly went to the toilet with bad diarrhoea. My wife and I ordered fresher for 10 days, we ate 3-4 meals, the rest went into the bin. The meat was tough and tasteless, especially the chicken was more skin than meat. Cauliflower Rice, left me speechless, not sure whether it was actually Cauliflower. We tried other meal delivery vendors before which were definitely on a different level. I don’t want to rant too much, but I think Fresher should seriously look into this. Also wondering why there are 4-5 star ratings, did they received different food. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My credit card was charged twice but i only received 1 order. There was no initiative to inform me about it. I only found out by myself when my credit bill came. Requested for refund in nov but it has been 2 months already, still have not seen the refund in my credit card. I sent multiple emails and WA but Fresher just kept saying they are checking but no definite response or action. This act of dishonesty is super disappointing and I should be reporting this to Case and the authorities for assistance. Be warned and transact at your own risk.

Great and reliable meal plans. Have been trying the low carb plans for many months and manage to lose a good amount of weight on top of exercises Love all the food prepared ~. First of all, there's so many options of Asian and western version of food to be chosen each week. My favourites include - Signature dry laksa, Duck leg in herbal broth, Pumpkin porridge and many many more !! All meals are well packed in individual heatable boxes, very convenient to heat up at work with microwave. Delivery team is very reliable to deliver the meals in insulated bag on time. Would like to specially compliment the chef and kitchen team for making the food taste excellent compared to other low carb options in the market. I dun have to eat bland chicken breast anymore to stay healthy with low carb high protein. The macronutrients label are also printed on each meal box and it's so easy to monitor the calories/carbo/protein/fat/sodium content. Lastly, responsive customer service - very helpful with any queries I have about my order Highly recommend meal plans ! They also have normal diet options if you are not a low carb fans like me ~.
