Fried Banana Rama 5 truly lives up to its reputation! Recognized with the Michelin Bib Gourmand from 2022 to 2025, this spot serves some of the best fried bananas in Thailand — perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and sweet inside, with a hint of coconut and sesame aroma. They’re surprisingly not oily at all, just light, fragrant, and delicious. Everything is freshly made and served hot. Simple, affordable, and absolutely worth the hype — a must-try local treat that represents the best of Thai street food!

We were not looking for banana fritters, the banana fritters found us. It was delicious and crunchy. We watch how the lady took the fried bananas from the oil, put it in a linnen/cotton bag and put it in a draining/centrifuge machine. The oil came out só very clean. The lady helped us to cool down the bananas by putting them under the fan and scooped some crispy dough crust over the fried banana fritters, mmmmy ummm
