ここの豚足は、台北に来てから一番美味しいと思います。店のなかでの食事は、テーブルが少ないのと人気店でいつも混み合っているので相席になり事、覚悟です。 テイクアウトの弁当がお得ですが、いつも長い行列です。. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Order type: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $1–200

Dropped by Fu Ba Wang Pork Restaurant for lunch and was genuinely impressed by the quality of the food, especially considering how affordable it was. This place is a hidden gem for pork lovers — the pork feet were absolutely delicious, cooked to tender perfection with a rich, savory flavor that had clearly been developed over hours of slow cooking. The skin was gelatinous in the best way, and the meat just fell off the bone. It’s the kind of dish that warms you from the inside out. I also tried their minced pork rice, and it was equally satisfying. The portion was generous, the rice fluffy, and the pork topping was flavorful with just the right balance of sweetness and umami. It’s a classic comfort dish done really well here. The ambience is simple, with a no-frills, local eatery vibe that makes you feel right at home. Service was quick and efficient, and the staff were polite and helpful even during the busy lunch rush. What really stood out was the price — incredibly cheap for the quality and quantity of food.
