10 pieces of YTF plus noodles $14. I had them fried . Didn't like the salty & gluey sauce with minced meat .Noodle were overly cooked as kueh teow are the thinner version so can imagine when they are over done..... Was regretting I had them deep fried until I drank the soup ........salty as well ! Too saucy really....tried to be AnPang YTF /Hakka YTF style but the failed version. Chilli sauce is ok but sweet sauce tasted weird . Food display is attractive & appetizing . Dinning experience and environment were alright & staff were friendly especially aunty keeping the used plates and bowls . 有点小失望......太咸了 ! Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Dear Shaolin Leong Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your patronage and feedback on salt levels and will check it. Fun fact; since 1995, we never attempted to be Ampang style. We created the minced meat and minced shiitake mushrooms gravy ourselves. It totally different from Ampang style. Glad to know our friendly staff improved your dining experience with us. Looking forward to serving you again.

Very weird logic of not allowing partial frying of ingredients. You either need to have full bowl of soup or full plate of fried ingredients. Even other foodcourts allow frying of 1 or 2 ingredients to put at the side to complement the soup. Management need to be more flexible and allow better dining experience instead of being so rigid. Ended up eating soggy youtiao which looked super unappetizing like eating soaked tissue paper. Everything went to waste. Had to buy food elsewhere and this was really a dampening dining experience. I almost never give 1 star dining review in my life but this one warrants it. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The items were fresh and well-cooked. Pricey though and not filling. What stood out for me was the auntie who cleared the tables. I was waiting for my food when she came up to me and informed me to just leave my tray and cutlery on the table after I had finished my meal. There was not return tray station so she cleared the tables manually. She was so friendly and mild—mannered. Even the other diners thanked her before leaving and she waved goodbye. Such professionalism that is so rare and almost nonexistent in Sg. She also chatted with me for a while. I totally enjoyed our little conversation. Thank u auntie u are awesome!
