Service are very slow. Only 1 person running the counter. Set order are not in the app and leads to delay our ordering. Food serving waiting time more than 1 hr. Unpleasant venue to recommend.

I went on 2nd March 2026 and it’s a very terrible place to go to. Thought of finding a good place to chill with friends. End up the ventilation of the place is very very bad, smoky and smelly from the cooking smell. Very noisy with no music or maybe too noisy to be able to hear the music. Children running, screaming and shouting around the whole place without any parent’s guidance. Prices are expensive based on the foods taste and environment. Service super slow. Saw 3 persons(2 ladies and 1 guy) wearing their uniform top but only 1 lady(Vietnam or Myanmar) running here and there busy serving customers. Another young chinese lady busy sitting with a big group of friends eating, drinking and chatting. May she’s the lady boss…?? But even though she’s the lady boss, shouldn’t she try to help since it’s her own business. And that group of friends also gambling in there with her joining in. The guy waiter only help abit of here and there. I pitied that Vietnam/Myanmar waitress. With that amount of money I’ve spent there, I can go to a super good place to chill. Before changed of management, it was called “Tribe”and that time I always went there but ever since the management changed and the name changed to “Fuel Up”, everything changes. I don’t think I will go back there anymore.
