I went to Fuel by Chef Fuji because a few health-conscious friends kept recommending it, and now I completely get why. Finding places in Chiang Mai that are genuinely healthy and actually taste good can be surprisingly difficult, but this place nails both. What I loved most was how customizable everything was. I eat gluten-free, and they were incredibly accommodating without making it feel like a hassle. The staff understood what I needed and were happy to make adjustments. The menu has loads of options, whether you’re looking for something high-protein, low-carb, or just a clean, balanced meal. Everything tasted fresh, the portions were generous, and I left feeling satisfied rather than weighed down. Definitely one of those places I’ll keep coming back to!
