I came here for Taiwans famous kiln chicken, which is supposed to have the crispest chicken skin and juicy meet. One of the friendly staff helped me order, you have to pay straight away, which is not a problem. Food arrived quickly and it's carved tableside. When I say carved, no knife is needed as the chicken is amazing and skillfully presented. I was a little disappointed that the skin was not as crispy as expect and some of the best meat was dry. Still 4* as the chicken is very tasty and the service was good. Quiet when I arrived, very busy when I left. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $600–800 Recommended dishes: Roasted Chicken
