Fugu Night at The most family restaurant in Shibuya (Tokyo) To become a Fugu chef is needed a training that takes over a year to obtain the certification. The passion is naturally passed through generations. The menu is based in several dishes only from Fugu fish. Every single part from fugu is edible, but when the chef is cleaning the fish must be very precise. One false cut on cleaning could open the toxins from the fish. It could cause dead if the customer swallows the toxin. Outstanding experience and I will repeat it again with that amazing family.
