We’ve eaten quite a number of times in this branch and ordering fried chicken has always been an issue. Today, Sept 2, we entered at 6:30pm, ordered fried chicken for our daughter and after 30mins, the fried chicken along with tempura did not arrive. We made a follow and staff told us the order did not go through. So they asked us to ordered again. We did and again, they told us the fried chicken and tempura were not ready. They were pushing us to order chicken pop instead. With no clear explanation, they kept on going back to the kitchen. After an hour, when we were almost finished, that was when the fried chicken arrived and the only time our kid was able to eat. It was disappointing because there was no clear explanation why it took so long for the food to arrive. The shrimps were also very thin and small. It would have been better if they have explained to us the reason for the delay. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner
