I went to this restaurant a very long time ago and had certain feelings about this place. When I came back, I questioned my younger self. The food was absolutely amazing. The sushi rolls tasted really good and had a variety of options to choose from. There was also gyoza that was very warm in the center and ramen that was actually the first to come. All of the food that we ordered came within five minutes of ordering. The actual interior and exterior of the restaurant were beautiful as well. The front entrance has a barrel as an entryway. Then you walk through atori-like gates to get to your seating. You also have pictures of temples and cool scenery Overall I enjoyed my time here at Fuji Restaurant more than I had a couple of years ago. There may be one or two restaurants that have higher quality sushi or ramen, but this is a place to go for all rounded Japanese food. Horrible service here. They do not even accommodate the slightest requests for customers. I cannot eat raw and asked them to remove the raw salmon and add avocado instead and they refused saying they cannot. How difficult is this?? Very normal and simple requests that all restaurants are able to accommodate for their customers. Who does business like this? Nobody will come. Do not recommend! Worst service in Thailand
