I ordered cha thai frappe, but I received a milk frappe. After the staff served me my drink, I asked for the correct drink (cha thai frappe) and showed my receipt of payment. The staff refused. I asked to speak to the owner. The owner told me she would not make the correct drink order. I tried to explain again that I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. She refused again to make it right. Therefore, I will not buy here again. I believe a customer should receive what they ordered and paid for.
