A cosy cafe situated in Happy Valley. 11/10 matcha latte and roll cake. Super nice (and good looking) staff. A little bit loud for working but a great spot for hanging out. Definitely would come again. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Still thinking about our visit to FN Roastery in Happy Valley After my wife and daughter joined a matcha latte art workshop led by the chef there, they couldn’t stop talking about it — so we made the trip all the way from Shatin just to try the food ourselves. Totally worth it. We ordered the Chicken Avocado Salad, Ocean Duo Salad, and Amber Coast Linguine. Every dish was thoughtfully presented and packed with flavor. My wife especially loved the prawns — perfectly cooked with a great texture — and the little surprise of yuzu jelly that added a bright, refreshing kick. And then came the highlight for me: a pour-over coffee (I think it was a Panama Natural Geisha). I’m no expert, but wow — incredibly fresh, starting with a gentle sweetness and finishing with a beautifully layered fruity note. That cup alone made my day. Safe to say, we’ll definitely be back.
