Chiu chow style cheung fun rice rolls is much lighter and thinner than the Hong Kong version. Also it is filled with all kinds of fillings from sweet corn to braised beef to bean sprouts or lettuce. Only 4 places in Hong Kong make it just like they do in Chiu Chow / Guangzhou - those places are in Yuen Long, Prince Edward, whampoa (also full of congee shop) and this is the one in To Kwa Wan opened by 2 young guys that do great down to earth good food which can't get any more local and hidden from mainstream restaurants. A stone's throw from Kowloon city ferry pier. Nearby there is the converted cattle depot which is now an art village and the amazing coffee place - Full Cup Cafe, this makes for a must-stop for brunch (update - coffee place closed). Manage your expectations and expect a dai pai dong with small space and little English. You know it's good when you see all the locals eating there, young and old.
