唯一無二の雰囲気。様々な雑貨が飾られていて、見応えがあります。トイレも綺麗でした。 「九龍ジェネリックロマンス」に出てくる金魚喫茶の外観に似ているので訪れました。 中身は不思議な雑貨、読めそうで読めないユニークな日本語メニューで溢れていてとっても面白かったです。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch

DREADFUL, SCARY AND UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR. My 12 year old daughter and I went to Fullcup Planet Cafe after seeing it on Instagram a few times. When we reached there we were told by the server that they have only Chinese menu and was kind enough to explain the drinks and so we ordered an iced latte for me and matcha latte for my 12 year old daughter. The server did not tell us that the matcha latte had an espresso shot and when I asked saying that a child should not be drinking coffee, they were very rude and said use your google translator or look at the pictures. The picture could be red bean paste or even chocolate powder. And I never even got a chance to take a look at the menu as the server said it’s in Chinese and started explaining to the best of his knowledge. When I said that I would not like to pay for the matcha latte that had a whole lot of espresso in it from which my daughter took a tiny sip the cafe owner yelled at me and my daughter and asked us to get out of his cafe and when I raised my voice back at him saying that he cannot talk to us that way, he took away all the drinks and kept yelling saying that he is the owner and kept yelling at my 12 year old daughter and me saying get out in a very loud tone in front of all his other customers. Complaint cannot be made against bad behavior in HK as there is no law for that, is what I was told when I called up consumer council. The owner is probably mentally sick and has anger issues to treat his customers the way my daughter and I were treated. To Fullcup Planet Cafe- a big fat zero and curses on you to humiliate and ill treat people.
