I would also like to add to the previous review because our group shared the same disappointment during our visit. We came expecting a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere, but unfortunately the service completely ruined the experience for us. The attitude of certain staff members was very unprofessional and unfriendly from the beginning. As paying customers, we did not expect special treatment, only basic courtesy and hospitality, which was clearly lacking. The way some situations were handled showed very poor customer service and little respect towards guests. What disappointed us the most was the lack of accountability and concern after the incidents happened. Instead of trying to resolve matters professionally, the staff appeared careless and unapologetic, which made the overall experience even worse. We genuinely hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves the service quality, because the location itself has potential, but poor staff behaviour leaves a very negative impression on visitors. Unfortunately, based on our experience, we would not feel comfortable recommending this place to others.
