Sell ham and egg but does not have ketchup or chilli sauce? That one really puzzled me. The food itself was still edible, but the whole experience felt quite disappointing because some basic things were missing. For a ham and egg item, ketchup or chilli sauce should be quite standard. It is not some special request. Without it, I guess I need to start learning how to eat ham with soy sauce instead. The service also needs improvement. The little kopi lady was quite rude, and throwing the teaspoon is really not acceptable. Even if it was busy, basic manners still matter. Kopi C kosong still needs to be stirred, ok?! It is not because there is no sugar then no need to mix properly. Small things like this affect the whole experience. Food can be simple, but service attitude should not be careless. If staff behave like they are irritated by basic customer requests, it really makes the visit unpleasant. Overall, edible food, but the lack of basic condiments and the rude kopi service made the experience disappointing. Not expecting luxury service, just some common sense and basic courtesy. Paid 9.3 for rendang chicken rice for lunch and get a cook chicken and rice is a bit hard. Low quality not recommended. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Food quality is average but price increased significantly over the last 6 months. Used to be a loyal customer eating there and buying their coffee and ginger tea at least 3 times a week for many years at DownTown and Changi ESR Biz Park until recently I decided not to go back again. My takeaway ginger tea alone increased by $0.40 from $1.90 to $2.30. When asked when they increased price, the auntie still asked me back how long I haven’t been there as they increased for quite a while. It’s very clear to me Fun Toast have no interest if you are their loyal customers for many years and just hike up the price to cover cost from customers. With many other choices out there and loyalty points offered, it’s time to move on from Fun Toast. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
