I made a booking to spa in Thailand through myFunnow. The spa, however could not offer any service. They said at the Spa that I must negotiate an eventual refund directly with Funnow. This company did not answer any emails. Luckily for me my bank could refund the payment for this Funnow booked service I did not get. I will surely stay away from this app/company in the furure.

It's so bad that if the Fun Coin expires, you won't be notified and will be deleted directly. I asked customer service and they said I had to check it out myself. Expired in six months? This is the first time I’ve seen points that expire within six months. If you’re not sincere, it’s better not to give them. The customer service is like robots, pathetic.

The restaurant cannot provide service on site. Can an interface be designed to allow users to request refunds from the restaurant themselves? Aren’t you tired of having to contact customer service every time and switching hands several times? Why use software if you can’t save time?
