I made a booking to spa in Thailand through myFunnow. The spa, however could not offer any service. They said at the Spa that I must negotiate an eventual refund directly with Funnow. This company did not answer any emails. Luckily for me my bank could refund the payment for this Funnow booked service I did not get. I will surely stay away from this app/company in the furure.

The restaurant cannot provide service on site. Can an interface be designed to allow users to request refunds from the restaurant themselves? Aren’t you tired of having to contact customer service every time and switching hands several times? Why use software if you can’t save time?

Awful ticket redeem process. "You can only pick up your tickets personally at least 24 hours on beforehand". Expecting me to travel 600km for some tickets. Contacted support excellence, advised me to ask my friends to redeem the tickets...
