I recently dined at Fung Lum, a restaurant with over 60 years of history, and was impressed by the warm welcome and exceptional service. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about the menu offerings. The food was outstanding, with highlights including: - *Claypot Chicken*: Deliciously cooked with a nice caramelized flavor at the bottom of the pot. The chicken was tender and flavorful. - *Claypot Tofu*: Soft and silky tofu, perfectly cooked in the claypot. The flavors were well-balanced. - *Deep-Fried Bait Fish*: Crispy on the outside, tender on the inside. A nice snack! - *Deep-Fried Crab Leg Meat*: Rich, buttery crab flavor, crispy exterior. A highlight of the meal! What struck me most was the loyal customer base, comprised of many old-school Hong Kong locals who have been returning for decades. It's clear that Fung Lum has earned its reputation as a beloved institution, serving authentic Cantonese cuisine with a personal touch. The combination of delicious food, warm service, and rich history makes Fung Lum a must-visit for anyone looking for an authentic Hong Kong dining experience. Rating: Would give 4.5/5 stars.
