Great atmosphere, very bad service and experience. I hardly leave ever leave bad reviews commenting on service. The employee was at the balcony when I arrived. After waiting for her to finish vaping, I initiated a greeting, I was met with cold, unfriendly service and no smile. Later spent the entire time on her phone, outside, and clearly looked like she didn't want to be working.
