廟です。 奥に行くとお墓を供養もしてますので、程よい距離にしましょう。 廟は本来道教のものですが、やはり仏教的なものも融合しています。 肉なしの精進料理も食べれる。

粉嶺駅に近く立地は申し分ない。エレベーターで行けるのは本堂や精進料理レストラン等がある1階まで。納骨堂がある階には階段を上らねばならず、膝痛持ちには辛い

Fung Ying Seen Koon is an important and beautiful temple complex found upon a hillside slope, right outside the Fanling MTR Station. It is open from 8.30am to 5pm daily and includes several temples, ancestral halls, canteen and other facilities that can be wandered to enjoy the taoist architecture, decorative craftsmanship and well kept temple halls and grounds. Impressive features include the main Grand Temple found in the centre of the complex. The exterior features a bright orange tiled roof and red pillars. The interior is relatively bright with three main shrines with deity figures. You will see others painted on both of the inner side walls as well as a nice ceiling fresco of flying egrets. Within the grounds, there are impressive cauldrons situated along the stone staircases, a lovely large scale mural on the lower wall to the left of the Grand Temple, upper level ancestral halls, a neat collection of 12 bronze zodiac creatures and porcelain paintings of the 24 Filial Exemplars near the front entrance of the Fung Ying Seen Koon Temple grounds. Note: The Fung Ying Seen Koon Temple grounds are easy to access through Fanling Tau MTR Station (Exit B). Just cross the road by way of the covered overpass, follow the signs through a short subway under another and you will pop out right in front of the temple. In the end, might not be worth making the trip all the way to Fanling to see the Fung Ying Seen Koon Temple on its own. However, if you are planning to do the self-guided Lung Yeuk Heritage Trail in Fanling or have another reason to be in the area, it is definitely worth making time to see while there.
