On 15/09/2024, I visited an outlet at Pratunam Mall and encountered the worst service I've ever experienced in Thailand. The young lady staff I approached to order fries had a very poor attitude. She seemed uninterested in working, constantly looking at her phone. When I asked her questions, she didn't bother to answer and told me to look at the menu myself, even though there were no other customers at that time. I ordered a set of fries, and she impatiently went to fry them and then she immediately returning to her phone again. A few minutes later, when the fries were ready, she placed them on the counter without directly handing them to me. Her behavior was extremely rude and disrespectful. No wonder this place has no customers—having such staff is truly a shame! I've visited Thailand many times and always found the service and attitudes of Thai people to be excellent and friendly. This was my first time encountering such a rude staff, the management shall monitor and shall look into it. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Really bad service at platinum mall, food court outlet. You staff says no change and go away. She doesn’t care about the customers. And she is so so slow and takes 10 mins for one order. She doesn’t care that customers are waiting. Many customers who was waiting in line left without order because she took so long. After waiting for a while when I ordered. She says no money for change. Meal type: Other Price per person: ฿1–100 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Golden Corn
