Fusion Kitchen is an absolute gem! As someone from Kolkata who grew up on authentic momos and thukpa, I have high standards when I travel. The momos here were made with so much love and care (no compromise on taste, they were yummy & authentic) , and the thukpa was a comforting, simple soup with a smashing, spicy chutney—perfect for this monsoon weather! Finish your shopping at Temple street & head over! Last order is at 9:45 :) 5/5 stars for the incredibly polite service and fresh food served promptly at 9:30 PM. I'd return in a heartbeat just for those momos because vegetarian momos like this need to be ordered more often! Well done! Terrible quality and incredibly greasy. Avoid.I ordered food from here yesterday, and it was a complete mess. Every single takeout box arrived soaking wet and leaking oil everywhere.The curries—especially the chicken curry—were completely swimming in grease. To make matters worse, the biryani was incredibly disappointing; it just looked and tasted like basic white rice with chicken thrown into it.Very poor quality food and careless packaging. I will definitely not be ordering from here again. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $200–250 Food: 1 Service: 1

Staff very friendly Food is absolutely amazing. We tried several dishes and it’s some of the best food we have eaten. We have just come from Thailand so that is saying something. We were staying on Hong Kong Island but travelled here each day for lunch and/or dinner. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Please do your self a favour and come here, You will be amazed Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Yes
