サルバドルという種類を頼みましたが、とても美味しいコーヒーでした。良い豆を丁寧にドリップしている。店内の雰囲気も落ち着いていてくつろげます。

Recharge, refresh, while being indulged in well made beverages. So glad we stumbled upon Future Factory Coffee after visiting the Yuanshan Expo Park. There is a drink for every one. I am a fan of its perfectly served Ethiopa geisha (aromatic, good acidity, elegant, long finish). My sister is a fan of its matcha latte. It is fun to watch Joey whisking matcha the ceremonial way. Lots of thoughts put into its menu - well selected coffee beans from famed coffee regions in the world, including single origin beans. Diverse drink menu, most made from premium tea leaves and Japanese originated matcha. Good variety of dessert (waffles, cakes and more). Friendly setting, with open window allowing us to see how professionally and precisely drinks and desserts were made. Accolades all over the walls showing entries and awards from coffee roasting competitions. Impressive how much thought the owner Joey Chan has put into this. A section for self-served water and coffee sample tasting. Coffee beans available for purchase at reasonable pricing. A busy place, not surprise given its quality and accommodating customer service.
