This used to be a restaurant we visit regularly a year ago, so the horrible experience tonight really came as a shock to us!! *1st Cringe* It has been a while since we visited g’day. We were in the area today and thought we might come by for diner. We called at 5pm to ask if we could still make a reservation for 5 people at 6pm. Whoever picked up the call (sounded like the owner) said she had another incoming call on the other line and would call me back to let me know about the reservation. At 5:50pm, FIFTY MINUTES later, I got a call back from them asking if I had called. I had to repeat my request as the staff(sounded like the same person who picked up my call earlier) had completely forgotten what we had talked about earlier. I kindly told her that we’d like to know if there’re still tables for a party of 5 tonight. The lady said she would arrange the table for us, but then WARNED us that we should call earlier next time, not 10mins before the dinner reservation with a condescending tone. I was completely puzzled. First of all, we called 1 hour ago, not 10mins prior to. They made us wait for 50mins to confirm the reservation and then lectured us! Second, even if we did call 10mins prior to, she could have just politely told us it’s fully booked. I just found that very rude. *2nd Cringe* Right after we had placed our order, the waiter suddenly informed us that we needed to return the table by 7:30pm. I understand that the restaurant was busy, but if you have to give us a time limit, let us know when we CALLED to make the reservation, NOT after we have placed our orders, so we could have factored that in when deciding which restaurant to visit. We are a party of 5 with seniors and kids. Honestly, had we known we were only allowed 1.5h to finish our dinner, we would have NOT chosen this restaurant. *3rd,4th,5th Cringes.* We ordered some dishes to share, not only did they not give us utensils for sharing, the female staff even told me to keep my dirty spoon when she came to pick up the dirty dishes.The honestly made me thinkseriously?! So you don’t even wanna bother bringing over a new spoon for us ? Are you THAT lazy ?! Our dinner experience had only gotten worse and worse as time passedwater not refilled even after askingbringing over the wrong soupetc. Overall, service was very poor. Food was okay, but the portion sizes had shrank compared to a year ago, and lower quality ingredients were used compared to our last visit as well. Very disappointing and we would not come back again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Received a text message stating there is a special 4th anniversary celebration offering $16 steak. Called to make a reservation for 2, and was informed there would be a $280+10% min spend to qualify for the promotion, and that a $200 deposit was required. Agreed and made deposit. At arrival to restaurant, was greeted with the smell of sewage indoors, hence asked for an outdoor table instead. After ordering a main dish + two drinks, the waiter returned stating that the minimum spend was not met. Turns out it was $280+10% per person, which was not stated at any point. We declined as this would equate to two main dishes plus the promotion steak, which would be too much food. Plus their food quality and ambience does not justify such a price point. After a bit of back and forth, staff agreed to refund the deposit in cash, and we left hungrily in search of a back up plan. Overall an unpleasant experience and will not be visiting again. Might as well spend less money and eat better food nearby at Super Farm. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
