GG Bistro is a lovely restaurant with a great atmosphere. Soft background music plays throughout the venue, giving it a relaxing country-style vibe. The setting is comfortable and welcoming, making it a great place for both family gatherings and meals with friends. There is also ample parking available. The pork neck steak was excellent. The meat was tender, juicy, and never dry, with a subtle herbal aroma that added depth to the flavor. The side salad was fresh and well-portioned, while the mashed potatoes were buttery, creamy, and still had a pleasant texture. The Tom Yum fried rice was outstanding and easily one of the highlights of the meal. It was packed with authentic Thai herbs, especially galangal and lemongrass, creating a wonderfully fragrant and flavorful dish. The shrimp were generously sized and cooked perfectly. The garlic fried pork with rice was also delicious. The pork was flavorful, and the crispy garlic was incredibly crunchy and satisfying. It was slightly on the salty side, but still very enjoyable. The Thai-style papaya salad with salted egg was another great dish. It was well-balanced, flavorful, and not overly spicy, making it enjoyable even for those who prefer milder flavors. The salted egg added a rich and creamy texture that complemented the fresh papaya perfectly. The drinks were equally impressive. The coconut matcha was fragrant and refreshing, with a nice balance between the matcha and coconut flavors. The caramel milk was sweet, smooth, and aromatic. The lemon soda was refreshing with a pleasant citrus flavor and a slight tanginess. Overall, GG Bistro offers great food, delicious drinks, a relaxing atmosphere, and excellent service.
