之前吃過提拉米蘇就覺得很好吃， 吃不出無精糖， 感覺得出闆娘尋找替代食材的用心； 家裡長輩有血糖問題， 這次幫長輩慶生立馬想到選擇集瑪的巴斯克， 長輩不用擔心血糖， 全家大小都吃的很開心 半解凍狀態吃起來有冰淇淋的感覺也很好吃唷 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Dietary restrictions: 無精糖

I ordered a tofu basque cheesecake for my dad’s birthday - it arrived beautifully packaged orange box and has that charming quality of being handmade. The taste was like actual cheesecake. If no one told me it was tofu and no refined sugar, I would never have known the difference. The winning factor is that my father has diabetes and can’t have normal desserts. We took his blood sugar before (126) and two hours after (121), indicating no effect on blood sugar level. He was happily able to have two slices without worry. As a competitive bodybuilder, I’m also often looking for sweet treats that won’t spike insulin. A great alternative for those who are conscious of their health or body aesthetics.
