昨年末に初めて伺いました。カウンター席で、目の前で寿司を握ったり調理する様子を見ながら、隣に座った外国の方とお喋りしたり とても素敵な時間を過ごせました。 お寿司はもちろんですが全部の料理が美味しかった〜感動でした！ また、是非行きたいお店です！. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥10,000+

【dinner course】 ・大蛤の塩煮 ・寒鰤のたたき ・極上南鮪食べ比べ 大トロ 中トロ ・真蛸旨煮 ・焼き河豚、冬鰆、炙りカマス、酔いどれ車海老 ・ズワイ蟹薩摩揚げ ・河豚皮茶碗蒸し ・縞鯵、いくら軍艦、生雲丹飯、煮穴子、チーズカステラ ・とろたく手巻き ・生海苔赤出汁 ・本日のフルーツ ・白ワイン 大きな蛤にびっくり。身がたっぷりで優しい味です。鰤は新鮮でポン酢大根おろしとめちゃくちゃ合う。鰆の脂ノリが最高に良い。ずわい蟹薩摩揚げ、、美味しすぎる。どれも新鮮で質の高いお鮨でした。銀座でこんなにリーズナブルな価格で食べれることにびっくりです！外国人の方の利用も多かったです。. GINZA SUSHI BANYA KAI is an omakase-style sushi restaurant in Ginza offering a set-course dining format focused on seasonal seafood and traditional sushi preparation. The restaurant is arranged around counter seating, where guests are served directly by the chef in a fixed progression of courses. The meal follows a structured sequence rather than an open-order menu, with each piece or dish served at a deliberate pace. You should make reservations, as spaces fill up and this place doesn't have a lot of counter space. They do have tables as well, but you won't experience the "true omakase" experience with the chef in front of you. The experience typically runs as a full omakase course, with attention placed on rice temperature, fish selection, and timing between servings. Pricing sits in the premium tier, aligned with other central Tokyo omakase restaurants that emphasize seasonal ingredients and course-based dining rather than casual ordering.
