Hope my lunch today at Bukit Panjang outlet will not be the last but sadly to say and huge disappointment on both food quality and service standard are lacking.
Soup quality is peculiar, a bit of odd taste, do not taste as what I eaten at other outlets.
Service standard seem have lapsed, counter staff seem to pull long & black face. While serving customers like very rushed to serve customer though queue are not very long... I do not want to bother about after collection of food till while sitting away from the stall, seen the lady counter staff who served, was busily preoccupied on her Handphone.
