Graph Ground is one of those cafés that makes you stop at the door and go, “Okay, this place knows what it’s doing.”*It’s industrial-modern in the best possible way — dark tones, concrete and metal textures, clean lines, and a quiet, creative atmosphere. It feels like the meeting point of urban coffee culture and Chiang Mai craftsmanship, and it pulls that identity off perfectly. What I Tried Wildweekend Seasonal Blend. Local Chiang Mai beans with: * Tropical fruit acidity * Bergamot notes * A yogurt-like tang * Sweet, clean finish Aromatic, slightly fermented in character, beautifully balanced. One of those coffees where you keep smelling the cup between sips. Breaking Brown (Espresso Cold Brew + Almond Milk) * Smooth but deep espresso flavor * Almond milk adding natural sweetness * Very “third-wave Chiang Mai” Honestly, this one surprised me the most — soft, layered, and extremely easy to drink. A comfort coffee but with personality. Overall Experience Graph Ground was the perfect choice for today. Calm, design-focused, and serious about its coffee. It captures Chiang Mai’s modern side in such a clean, stylish way that sitting here instantly puts you in a good headspace.
