Had a nice dinner with my family during our stay in Bangkok. Me and husband had steak and mix grill while our daughter had spaghetti. All tasty and served hot. Staffs are attentive and polite. Calm area with soothing music. Right temperature inside not too cold. Price per person: ฿600–800 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Be very careful if you are staying at the GM estate apartment hotel. They offer you a 15 percent discount but they only put this on the food then they charge you a ten percent service charge on everything but the menu doesn't mention anything about this I will put a photo for you to see. I refused to pay the service charge and they threatened me with the Police. I can't be bullied so I told them I would wait for the police. Eventually they removed the service charge and I paid the bill

Dear Nigel, Thank you for your feedback. We would like to clarify two important points for future readers. First, the 15% discount is a genuine benefit offered exclusively to GM Estate guests on food items, exactly as stated on the promotional card shown in your own photo (“15% Food Discount”). There was never any intention to suggest that the discount applied to beverages. Second, our menus clearly state that all prices are subject to a 10% service charge and 7% VAT, which is also visible in the photo you posted. These charges were fully disclosed and nothing was hidden. We are sorry that there was a misunderstanding and regret that it overshadowed what is intended to be a valuable offer for our hotel guests. I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Grisbi Wine Bar & Restaurant. The atmosphere is lovely—you can choose to sit indoors or outdoors, and both have a great vibe. The staff are super friendly and attentive, which makes the whole dining experience even better. As for the food—just wow. The goat cheese salad I had as a starter was absolutely to die for, and the pasta I had for the main course was equally delicious. Honestly, it’s a solid five-star experience all around. If you’re in Bangkok, don’t miss it! Price per person: ฿1,200–1,400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
