Pat is such an amazing, kind-hearted person. We ended up eating at her restaurant every single day during our stay because not only was the food incredible, but she made us feel so welcome every time we walked through the door. She is so warm, personable, and genuinely cares about her guests. We looked forward to seeing her each day and loved chatting with her. The food was absolutely amazing, it was some of the best authentic Thai cuisine we had on our entire trip. Every dish was fresh and full of flavour and a great price! As someone with celiac disease, finding safe places to eat while traveling can be stressful, but Pat immediately put my mind at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable about gluten free cooking and cross contamination. Thanks to Pat, I was able to try so many authentic Thai dishes that I otherwise never would have experienced. Pat also offers cooking classes. She taught us how to make two different types of Tom Yum, Pad Thai, fresh spring rolls, and fried spring rolls, all completely gluten free. She made the entire experience so much fun. If you’re visiting the area, I can’t recommend Pat enough. Thank you Pat for your kindness, hospitality, and for making our trip so special. I’m vegetarian and my partner is coeliac (gluten-free) and we both found it very easy to eat here. The owner is so welcoming and accommodating of dietaries and also offers a gluten-free cooking class too! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ฿200–400 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: I got the sense that most things on the menu could be accommodated for a veggie / vegan diet Dietary restrictions: Coeliac and gluten free cross contamination are well understood and again, very accommodating in changing dishes to suit needs
